Terms of Service

By accessing or using RenderDrop (the "Service"), operated by D2V Studio ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and D2V Studio. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with changes effective upon posting.

RenderDrop is an AI-powered architectural visualization platform that enables architects and interior designers to generate photorealistic renders from SketchUp exports and other design viewport screenshots.

The Service is available via subscription plans (Free, Starter, Pro, Studio, Student) or pay-as-you-go credits. Features vary by plan as described on our pricing page.

You must create an account to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Student accounts are subject to verification. You must use an institutional email (.edu or .ac.in domain) or provide a valid student ID. Student plan renders are for non-commercial educational use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Renders are deducted from your credit balance when a render job enters processing. If a render fails due to a system error, the credit is automatically refunded.

Subscription credits reset on your billing renewal date. Unused credits do not carry over to the next billing period. Free plan credits (3 renders) are one-time and do not reset monthly.

Pay-as-you-go credits (₹199 per credit) can be purchased as top-ups on any plan. All prices are exclusive of 18% GST applicable under Indian law.

Payments are processed via Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service. We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking.

Your renders are yours. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights to all renders generated using your account and your input images.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, and deliver your render outputs to you. We do not claim ownership of your renders or use them for any purpose other than providing the Service.

Our prompt engineering system, AI model configuration, and material library are proprietary intellectual property of D2V Studio and are never exposed or licensed to users.

Anonymized, non-identifiable feedback data (ratings only, never images) may be used to improve our prompt quality. You may opt out by contacting us.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, extract, or copy our AI prompts or model configurations
• Circumvent rate limits or upload limits through automated means
• Resell or sublicense render outputs generated on Student accounts
• Upload content you do not have rights to use
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience downtime.

AI-generated renders may not always meet your expectations. We continuously improve our models but cannot guarantee specific visual outcomes.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing settings. On cancellation, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your stored renders will be deleted in accordance with our storage lifecycle policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, D2V Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the use of the Service shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the six months prior to the claim.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
